Job type | Test knit |
Description | This is a beanie-style hat, worked in stocking stitch in the round from the bottom up. It begins with a contrasting coloured ribbed brim, continues with the main colour up to around 2/3 of the way up, where the hat is cast/bound off in a third colour. Stitches are then picked up from below the cast/bind off and the hat continues in the same colour as the brim. The crown is worked using double decreases to create a slightly squared top which sits up slightly from the crown of the head. |
