Job type | Test knit |
Description | Pearroc is the Old English word for an area enclosed by a fence; all the little squares remind me of small fields on the hillside, with the eyelets as fences, and the moss stitch is like the texture of ploughed land. It's a large triangle shawl with a traditional construction starting from a tab cast-on, with increases at the spine and edges. The body of the shawl uses two colours, alternating between a diamond eyelet pattern and two-colour moss stitch. |
