Hi, I’m Leslie and, although I’ve been knitting for 14 years, I’m a relatively new designer. It took me a whole year to knit my first scarf, but an obsession was born. Over the years, I’ve always looked for new challenges. I very seriously can’t learn enough, but I’ve also discovered I now know enough to turn my own ideas into delightful tactile wonders. The great part is that I’ve found so many new things to learn in the process of designing. Who knows what this brand will evolve into? Not me. I’m on this ride with you.
Outside of knitting, my interests fall mostly within geeky categories: sci-fi, comic books, video games, roleplaying. Don’t be surprised if you find these things subtly inspiring my designs. I also have a great love of cats. My logo was inspired by my best friend and deceptively sweet kitty, Lucifer who was also my yarn manager. She shared the house with my husband and me and her little sister Nika, my troublemaker Hemingway cat. Sadly Lucifer and Nika both crossed the rainbow bridge in 2018. I’ve opened my home to two new kitties, named Dutch and Jaqobis, after the Killjoys characters.
