Born and raised in the suburbs of Tokyo Japan. Been in the U.S. since 1999. I am now a proud American citizen! I have lived in Austin TX, Detroit MI, New York NY and now Memphis, TN. I’ve been married to a Memphis boy since 2004.
I didn’t take up knitting until my mid-30s when the harsh Detroit winter drove me insane and I had to find refuge in something calming. I also learned how to crochet several years later.
