About me:
I’m a knitter from New Zealand (and a scientist in my working life).
My knitting and designing philosophy has been heavily influenced by my Nana who was always knitting baby things for charity. She must have sent many hundreds of wee jumpers and hats for those in need. I think of her with every knit and every pattern. Inspired by my Nana’s passion, it’s my aim to design knits that will be useful wardrobe staples, whether for charity or at home. I love nothing more than to see little ones wrapped in the love that is a hand-knitted garment.
My designs are inspired by textures, colours and experiences that I’ve encountered in the very special remote forests in New Zealand.
