Description | Corrado Don’t Preach A Raglan-ish Slip-Stitch Colorwork Sweater design by Corrado Lark The Backstory: Papa don’t preach, but I guess I’m papa? I don’t know, I went through a big Madonna phase for a second there, obsessing over our similar Italian background, working on my own pop music (which is coming along and kinda cool). And I was inspired by her use of crosses, and knit them subtly into this sweater all over, connected and not connected. In the end, the yarn is the star of the show, using 4 colors of lovely Plied Yarn Co to create a marled looking fabric that’s kinda like premarled in the yarn... yeah, long story short it’s a super fun knit and wild product. I love wearing this one!

Requirements from the maker |
Some good pictures to help promote the design, linked to ravelry if you wish, though I sell my patterns through Payhip now for accessability reasons. Good communication about any questions, comments, or concerns as they happen. I can help anyone with anything they need, just prefer to iron it out between us vs. posting publicly about any issues in the design. The goal is to have a great, tried and tested pattern that'll last the ages. It'll be fun, and I can't wait to see everyone's interpretations of this design! You'll be singing Papa Don't Preach for days and days... |
