About:

The Pine + Oak Sweater is a yoke colour-work sweater, knit entirely in the round and from the top down. Stranded colour-work appears around the yoke and on the sleeve cuffs.

Yarn Used: 

Twisted Willow Merino Linen Singles Yarn, Fingering Weight Yarn

90% Superwash Merino, 10% Linen, 394 yds (360 m)/ 100g skein

Colours: Moss (MC) and Cinnamon (CC)

Sizing: 

Pattern comes in 8 sizes. Although it was designed to be loose-fitting, with around 2 inches (5 cm) of positive ease, you can choose a garment size with more or less ease, for a different fit:

  • Size A: 34" (85 cm) chest
  • Size B: 36" (91.5 cm) chest
  • Size C: 40" (101.5 cm) chest
  • Size D: 44" (112 cm) chest
  • Size E: 48" (122 cm) chest

  • US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needles, length 32” (81.5 cm) or longer

Finish the sweater. Create a Ravelry Project at the start of the test and mark the ‘pattern name’ as ‘TEST-KS-T8TH3M’. Include any photos of progress and finished results in this project. When finished, complete the following survey:

  • What size needles did you use for the main body, the yoke, and the cuffs?
  • Were you able to obtain gauge with these?
  • How much yarn did you use? Estimated yardage or weight for all colours separately
  • Did the project come out to the dimensions specified?
