| Description | Hearsay combines brioche’s coziness with the moody colors Nocturne displays as it weaves throughout the sweater. This cardigan allows Nocturne to shine as it morphs and changes across the body. The two color brioche creates a glow with Brown Sugar as the background and Thin Ice as the foreground. Nightwatch forms the garter hems and button bands referencing the blues within Thin Ice whilst complementing Brown Sugar. Anyone can rock the drop sleeve silhouette. Seams stabilize brioche pieces and create a tailored finish. Artists, rock stars, influencers, and friends can sink themselves into the warm embrace of this sport weight cardigan whilst catching up on the latest hearsay.
Designed to be worn with 12-14” / 30.5-35.5 cm ease at chest. Model rocks the Size 4 with 14”/35.5 cm ease. Brioche Gauge: 19.5 sts/4” & 34 rows/4” on Size 3 needles knit flat and washed. Notions: Removable stitch markers, stitch holders, waste yarn, seven 30L / 19mm buttons in Antique Leather, button clips. Links to what I used are at the end of the pattern. Needles: US 3, 4, 5 / 3.25, 3.5, 3.75 mm 32” / 81.5 cm. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Yarn Used: Spincycle Nocturne (Sport, 100% Merino Wool, 200 yds/183 m) shown in Thin Ice, Brown Sugar, and Nightwatch.
