Aneta

Aneta is a sleeveless vest, worked in one piece from the top down. It features a saddle shoulder construction with lace along the shoulders and short row shaping at the neck.

It is a customizable pattern that comes in 5 sizes but offers 4 different waist shaping options to ensure the desired fit. The length can also be easily adjusted.

The little challenge of knitting lace is counterbalanced by the stockinette front and back, resulting in a perfect combination that is never boring but knits up quickly.

The vest is designed to have a relaxed fit around the shoulders and bust (10-15 cm), but it can be shaped around the waist to match your taste. When choosing your size, consider the shoulder width as well as the bust circumference. Unfortunately I can only upload 3 photos here, but in my IG @thascalfiner you can see more and notice how the shoulder is supposed to slope down the arm a bit, so the total width should be a little more than your actual shoulder width measurement. This blue sample is size 2 with waist shaping option 2, worn by a model with a 95 cm (37.5 in) bust.

You have probably noticed that there's only a little difference between sizes 2 and 3. That's because I still wanted to give more options in the middle range, the more popular sizes.

• Make a Ravelry project from the very beginning. As you make progress, add at least 2 photos, one of a detail and one of the entire garment, worn or not. Write TEST-EB-7GERDQ in the pattern name field. (This is not in the name of your project, but the pattern name field.) Once the pattern is published, link your project to the pattern page.

• Keep me posted on your progress as you go.

• Notify immediately any mistakes, such as errors in the writing of the pattern or fit issues, but also typos and graphic inconsistencies.

• Confirm my predictions on yarn quantities giving the meterage used.
