Tenby

Job type Test knit
Description

DESCRIPTION

Tenby is a bottom up lace tshirt that is worked in the round to the armholes. The lace pattern is broken up on the front and then back by a garter stitch panel. At the armholes the smaller sizes have a gusset and the larger sizes have some armhole shaping to allow the shoulder drop to come to around the same place on the arm across the size range.

The piece is then worked flat in two halves to the shoulders, which are shaped using short rows and cast off using the three needle bind off.

Stitches are then picked up around the neck and armholes and a rib border is worked.

Shaping is worked in the lace pattern on the armholes and the neck.
