Job type | Test knit |
Description | I will be choosing testers on Thursday. This shawl is designed using three colours, each a single 50g ball of sock weight yarn with a min of 183m/200yds per 50g. It has some simple increases and decreases to give the overall shape of the shawl and is mostly knit in garter stitch. To create the waves and transition between the colours sections of short row shaping are used. The German short row method is used which is a very simple technique to use especially when knitting in garter stitch |
