Mountain Rivers

Mountain Rivers is easy to knit, easy to pack, and easy to wear! The slipped stitches on this cowl make a simple texture that resembles a beautiful landscape of rolling mountains and cascading rivers, inspired by a recent trip to magnificent Montana. Bring it along the next time you venture into the great outdoors or cozy up with your favorite book!

22” x 60” (56 cm x 152 cm)

This cowl is worked in the round, with simple 2 x 2 ribbing on top and bottom edges. The body of the cowl is all knit stitches with slipped stitches on every other row to create the fun texture. Beginner knitters will love learning how to easily add subtle texture by simply moving the yarn to the front and slipping stitches, while experienced knitters will enjoy the calming rhythm of this design.

US size ​​5 (3.75 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
